    Default strained quadricpes?


    Have this biig huge problem - strained my quadriceps - playing badminton and probably running -any body else face this problem ? how do you get over it? its been 4 months and I probably reinjured it after I went back to badminton after a couple of months rest ...thinking I'm over it

    Really sucks as I am used to playing every weekend :-((

    If you still have problems after 4 months you should really see a physiotherapist.
