usually how long does it take for a beginner to achieve advance level if one practices once a week or get trainings once a week?

does anyone know if douglas park community center or riley park community center has drop-ins? what is the price?

since community center drop ins are generally cheaper then c1, then how come a lot of the ppl still go to c1 instead?

let's do a bit of math...
the average national player trains anywhere from 4 to 8 hours a day, sometime 5 days a week. that puts it at a 40 hour training week.

it could take an average of 5 years to achieve an advanced or high level, so 5 x 40 x 52 = 10,400 hours. given your once a week training, even at 2 hours each time will be 100 years.

this is just a bit of fun... how long it really takes depends on a lot of different conditions, of which one is the quality of the training you receive.

If you get one hour of training per week from a knowledgeable source who has great skills, then that would far exceed a daily regimen from from some dumb-ass coach that has none...
