Of course there is a string chart too, but where is the BG 66 ?
I think this chart is a bit "old-fashioned", isn't it ?
She was posted with another racquet chart ... that is quite old too ... Does somebody have a newer version of yonex string' chart ?
Thx for the futur reply !!!

BG66 is not made for the Japan market, hence it isn't there

I have to buy yonex strings (because i've already tried All Gosen products and several Ashaway products) to test them. And i'd like to have an idea about such or such string is more suitable for attacking, whereas this one is more suitable for control -and touch- ...
So what is your opinion ?

I am surprise that 68-Ti is SUPPOSE less durable than the mighty BG85.

I have an idea...
We should all make our own string chart. Place whatever strings you've tried into whatever categorie. Who knows? It might be more accurate than the yonex one since we're the fans using their strings.
And people can see our opinions on strings easier.
What do you guys think?

BG66 SHARP is of course available in japan and the chart must of course be an old one (On the racket parts Nanospeed models ar missing etc)!!
Why state things as a fact, when you don't even bother to do the simplest of facts-checking beforehand???
grrrrr..

Twobeer, if you check the Yonex JP site BG66 isn't listed there. We are talking bout BG66 not BG66 Sharp. Yonex JP does not have BG66 listed there as it's not made for the local market.

BG66 is there. Not the sharp but the original BG66.
and also here.

Now I wonder what are you ranting about. I don't see anyone posting and misinformation.
Or am I mistaken...

The original poster did not specifically state which version of the BG66 he was reffering to, and when he thinks that the chart looks to "old" it does makes sense to assume he is referring to that the "NEW" BG66 (SHARP version) is missing from the chart.

If you would have liked to give him meaningful information you could have wrote that, Yes, the chart looks old, it's missing the newest rackets like Nanospeed 7000, and 8000, and also missing BG66 SHARP and BG75 Ti strings.
You could have pointed out the differences in BG66 for the jap-market, if you had info about this.
You didn't do that, instead you just said BG66 is not made for Japan, period, which would probably make him even more confused if he didn't know about BG66 SHARP etc in the first place..
So yes, I still think your post was missinformative. I would love to hear Chilefue's view on this!
Maybe I am just ranting, maybe he felt your post was both useful and informative?

There was nothing misinformative, imho. But if there was, I'm sorry. I answer straight to the point. He asked for BG66 not BG66S, so I gave him the answer for BG66.

Lol if he typed BG66. Then there's nothing wrong with what FEND said...
IF he meant BG66S, then it's his fault because he mistyped it. FEND was only answering what's on the post

lol, agreed to an extent.

Personally i think It would have made sense for FEND to answer that the BG66 was not in the chart because it it's an older model of strings that has been dropped from the japaneese market and been superceeded by the BG66 SHARP version. And that the chart must be produced in the gap before BG66 was dropped and BG66 SHARP introduced..
If someone posted for example "Can I buy a Nanospeed 7000 4U in Germany".. I could either anser just "no", or try to be helpful pointing out there is no 4U version of this racket only 3U and 2U and those are sold in Germany.. :-)
my 2 cents..

Ok, thanks all for links and informations
FEND-TWO BEER : i mean BG-66 in my questions !!! In my country (France), Bg-66 SHARP is almost unknown and very hard to find ... That's why i was just looking to have more informations about BG-66, indeed that's easier to find !!! Furthermore, this string (BG-66) isn't located on the string chart ... I was just asking for a newer string chart, where the string could be located, that's all !!! Since that you've given it to me, i'm now very
I don't want/need more !!!
