    Hi all,

I'd like to know which tension would be the best for an AT-500 !!!

I'm an intermediate player, i'm strong enough to push the shuttlecock very far, therefore i think you can give me an advice ;) .

I've heard by some players that BG-80 was studied for power, but it needs to be high tensionned in their opinion to reach the maximum power ...

So what do you think ? 22-25 lbs would be ok ? Is this tension well recommended by the string or is it too much (and it will break too easily ?)?

    Thx.

Mine AR 500 is strung at 25 for BG 80 and it works great. However, strings wear out quite fast

When I got the racquet strung in Korea, I told the guy 23lbs, but he said its too light and you need at least 25 for it to have good power with that string. So he strung it at 25 for me, and ever since I havn't regretted it.
