I'd like to get started on some sort of training or practice regime but no idea where to start?? when i say regime i mean start to finish covering the week..
This is what it will be next season: *monday: 5 km running + 1/2 hour muscle training *tuesday: 3 hours badminton *wednesday: 4 hours badminton + 1/2 hour muscle training *thursday: maybe some boxing *friday: 2,5 km swimming + 1/2 hour muscle training *saturday: 3 hours badminton *sunday: 3 hours badminton
daily routine for summer: morning stretch 10 minutes,30 minute jog, sprints, 500 sets of double jump roping. lunch, weight training for 1 hour. evening: go to a local badminton gym at hit for 4 hours.
