Most of the people I have seen used pacific grip, either rubber or cloth. It can last longer than other brand. As for yonex, The cloth grip is shorter and not durable. I'm using pacific cloth grip. Its SGD$2.50. As for rubber pacific grip, its SGD$2. Hope to hear some suggestion from you guys, bout which grip to use & which more durable.... thanks.
I use Yonex Mesh Grap. It's $11CD But when I use them all up I'm gonna switch to Yonex Super Grap, it's cheaper
That is rather expensive.... Haha, for those who use cloth grip, and nid to change often will feel the pain...
that sounds value for money...where do you get you towel grips? How about the prices for other grips?
I use exclusively prince duratac. has a tacky feel that last forever. extremly durable! they cost ~6$US for pack of 3. but i believe they are discontinued no offense to those using yonex supergrap, but that just shows the power of yonex marketing (of course I fall for that too, as i keep buying yonex raquets). In terms of durability, they have to be among the worst... they lose their tackiness in one session. though they are very soft, good for cushioning, I use them for my inner layers(i add 3 layers for g5, and 2 for g4) for better cushioning. lack of durability in the supergrap is likely a yonex marketing trick, force you to buy often.
on my primary racket.. my at700.. i use this fleet grip, not sure what 'model'/ type it is.. but it feels good! the tracks feel real nice and its got dual colors, lol.. really stands out with blue and hybrid green.. i think its around $3.50AU ..
I take off the original grip (G4), use Babolat VS. overgrip (thin, 0.44mm) as the inner layer, and use Yonex Overgrap as the outter (still thin, 0.6mm, yellow only). I have small hands for a guy like my size. I usually order bulk order online, which come out to be US$3.50 around per pack (3).
In terms of quility & the feel in it and lastly the durability. Cloth won't slip easily, rubber will if you are a person who sweat a lot n palm very wet. Safra TPY.
