*A lot of different footwork drills
*Lots of cardio (Jump rope, a variety of different types running)
*Lots of practice on court
Then of course there's technique, each respective Team's "style" or "philosophy" of play.
If you want exact "specifics", that's another story.

Here at Guangzhou we are training in another program. But often we get to see the University players train. And since many of their players have gone on to the Chinese national team, I'm sure that what we see is similar to the national team.
They do footwork (fast feet drills, like move your legs back and forth as fast as possible, or jump front at back as fast as possible) for quite awhile. I didn't actually time it as we were doing our own thing, but they went nonstop for at least 30 minutes. They also skip rope NONSTOP for about 40 minutes. Plus they do double jumps for a long time. They also do a lot of 2 on 1. And they spend a couple of hours doing weights. The weights are different in that they put a heavy bar (we are doing 20 kilos, not sure what they are doing) on their backs and jump several times. We jumped about 600. Again, I don't know what they do. They also do many many swings with a tennis racket (short strokes and long strokes) and alternate with badminton rackets.
So that's what I've seen so far. I hope this answers your question.
The other thing I forgot to mention. They do this longer than when they are tired. For example, if they feel like stopping halfway through a repetition of weights, then they still keep going. They do not stop their drills when they are tired. They go full out until they are done.
