PLS HELP:NS 8k BROKEN in 1st use

i just buy NS 8k with serial number 5435731 on shaft, cone closed by sunrise hologram.
for the 1st 5 minute my raquet broken because miss hit.
can somebody help me.. where i have to complain

coz this raquet is very expensive

1. What do you mean by mis hit? Did u clash it with other racket during play?
2. Where did you buy u r racket? U can bring it back to the shop and ask for advise.

this kinda happened to me except it was my doubles partners raquet. In my post the store owner refused to give my partner a new one for some reason which just pissed me and my partner off cuz it was just his first time using it and he only strung at 23 lbs.

Well, your first option would be the shop where you bought it, I'd think. If they're not helpful, you can try contacting Yonex directly. But, before you do that, you may want to make sure that it's an authentic Yonex racquet. IOW, you'll probably have to scrape off the Sunrise sticker, expose the manufacturing code and check whether it's valid. There's a thread here where you can post a code and someone'll tell you whether it's real or not. There're also some threads and pages that explain to you how to differentiate authentic Yonex manufacturing code from most fake ones.

miss hit on frame. yonex replace my racquet allready. but i dont want nano again.. so i replace with armo 800 off. nano not durable!!!!!

Thats sad to hear that you broke your racket within the first 5 minute! It must have give u a bad impression of Nano Rackets i guess.

yeah, i don't think yonex would deliberately provide a bad racquet.

NS8k is slim frame, which means the durability could be an issue.

Can't really be certain it's manufacturing defects, i think the stringer is the last (non owner) person who saw that racket 'alive'

so did you look into the broken part to see if it is solid core?? or did it break at the no so solid parts of the frame....as in not filled with the nano stuff

the best durable racquet i have now is:
1. Ti 10 (3)
2. Ti 7 (1)
3. MP 99 (2)
4. MP 88 (1)
armo 800 off dont know yet how durable of this racquet..????
but the most suprised racquet is nano 8000

. why yonex claim nano 10% more durable than another yonex racquet in their catalouge.???
