    Default I have won the bid on a potentially fake racquet...

    It is a yonex nano speed 8000. I have not paid yet, but I sent a request for the serial number and the pics of the single pass grommets. I just want to know, if I know this racquet is fake for sure, what can I do about it? Will be charged a non-paying fee?

    Tell him that u know the racket is fake, therefore, u will not make the payment. Mostly, the fake seller will back off, as they know they break the laws, and won't dare to do anything against u.

    we mutually agreed to discard the transaction. sigh, why is racquet so expensive in canada?

    Even though expensive u get some good quality stuff. If a fake, u might save on paper, but u can burn quite a bit $$$ with a crap in no time
