The best way, which WORKS, is to get a coach. Even if you get a person who knows how to play badminton well, it's a different matter to be able to TEACH badminton strokes and techniques.

Cuba cari pelatih professional, dan belajar, errr, the right way.
(try and find a professional coach and learn, errr ...)

Aper khabar orang Mesia? Kiter disini berpendapat jika saudara ingin memajukan diri, berbanyakkan bertanya. Kalo ado apo apo lagih, PM jor kat kito. Kalo ader maser kang kiter pon jawab le. Orait, sedara..chiao...

    Gosh, okay here goes.

Aper khabar orang Mesia? Kiter disini berpendapat jika saudara ingin memajukan diri, berbanyakkan bertanya.

Hello fellow-Malaysian. We are of the opinion that if you want to improve, don't hesitate to ask lots of questions.

Because we can't see our own actions, we ask the audience or a buddy who's [dunno, maybe observerving?] our game, for their advice.

Skit skit, lamer lamer pukul sampai bukit~!

The best way, is what super (ha-ha) Dave suggested above, i.e. get a coach. At least you'll be able to add to your knowledge and correct your strokes (actions). Before long, you'll be lobbing as high as a hill. I know, I know, dramatics

You could also ask help from Misbun Sidek himself, from <URL>. Misbun himself runs the training courses in, hmmm, appropriate, ways. His rates are reasonable if you compare it to what you'd have to pay for lessons elsewhere. In Cardiff, UK, we pay 20 Pounds for a 2 hour session. This is the same as RM140 per sessions or RM 70 per hour. Compared thus, Misbun's training course is highly desired over here. First for the price, and second, for quality.

Kalo ado apo apo lagih, PM jor kat kito. Kalo ader maser kang kiter pon jawab le. Orait, sedara..chiao...

So here we are, if you have any further questions, PM us. Alright, CIAO!

HEHEHEHEHEHE! Boy are my finger painful thumbing through the dictionary!
