WS Point System for SO '05

Is the scoring software buggy, or did the IBF changed the WS point system?

I saw on the live scores that XXF won game 1 by 15-4, and in another match, Yu Hiratama won game 1 by 15-7.

Technical problem, still using 11 point system.
Fangfang won by 11-4, and Hirayama won by 11-7
