    Default It's Addictive!

    You may call me moron but I am cause i played two games yesterday while having a sprained ankle.

    After the games, i could hardly walk.

    I am now still thinking of playing tomorrow's games.

    Yes, yes I would call you that.

    At least if you intend on doing so, wear a thick/strong good-quality support on your ankle, and still to go easy on it. To ease the sprain and help recovery, take an anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen; you can even get things like Ibuprofen in a spray bottle (e.g. Ibuleve Spray) which you might be able to get around your area, from a pharmacy/medical store to spray on your ankle.

    But I recommend giving it a rest, better for your own safety and better in the long run if anything bad were to happen, such as aggrevating the injury.

    i totally agree-that is what we play badminton for. there's also nothing quite like serving at 14-14 in the 3rd set, its what we train for.
