I don't know about NS8000 but I am almost sure a guy in my club got a fake NS7000, I guess it means there is good chance that they have fake NS8000 out there.
Be extra careful. I am sure for such a high end racket, the fake will come out sooner or later. You don't want to be the 1st victim.

When I went to buy NS8000, the store owner has a NS8000 fake racket to show the differences. From what I saw, the differences are: 1. serial number is engraved, but the fake serial number is not engraved as clear and as deep as real ones; 2. the yellow color in the frame is more shiny for fake rackets (more gold-like); 3. fake rackets don't have two pairs of extra grommets (I don't know exactly what they are called) near the join between frame and shaft; 4. the grip is different too, but I don't recall exactly what the difference is (sorry); 5. fake rackets don't have sunrise hologram sticker (however, I think distribution areas beside SP won't have sunrise sticker either, CMIIW). However, don't take my words since I think fake rackets are "improved" too
YESSSS, you are right! Thanks for pointing it out. NS8000 fake racket grips are really terrible. IMO It seems like it is going to break easily. My suggestion is look at the grip part first since it is the most obvious difference.
Don't ever buy racquets from internet, if u really want to, ask the website owner if they have a store location or not and go there to see for urself, then ask them to deliver if u want.
Some Authorised Yonex Rackets Doesnt Have The Sunrise Sticker But They Have The Yonex Holographic Sticker.
dug out a 2 years abandoned thread.............. as years go by, yonex did improve some to differentiate the counterfeit.
