Hi, I am Sheta from Hong Kong. I am a intermediate player. And I cannot decide whether I will take MP55 or MP77. Can you guys please tell me the difference between them and which one is your pick? Love you!!!

    Thanks in advance! :p

    mp55/mp77

Mp55 and mp77 both head heavy.
Mp77 got the ultimum ti while mp55 does not.
This means mp77 got some snappy feel due to the ultimum ti and mp55 is supposed to be an upgrade to iso800.

    mp55 i think is stiffer than mp77.

    i used mp77 before. Then, i used mp99 and Ti10.
i prefer mp99 and ti10 better since they:

    1. Have thinner shaft
    2. Stiffer

1 and 2 leads to crispier clear and smash.
I have never enjoyed playing with my mp77 during my 3 years until it broke
as it felt more like a hammer, while mp99 and Ti10 feels more like a whip.
    This is my opinion anyway.

If you like heavier rackets than mp99, mp77 and mp55 are better as they are heavier.

hello...if you ask me...i'd say go for the MP55. i have an MP55 myself with BG80 at 23 pounds and i like how it is. it's actually balanced although it may feel head heavy due to its weight. it feels good for both defense and offense...but it still depends on if you like the racuqet or not and the strings and tension you use. i know a few people who own MP77's but don't like it cause they claim that it feels kinda "dead" and ended up buying or trading for other racquets. hope this helps...:p

...opps...almost forgot to mention...if length matters, the MP77 is longer than the MP55 by a bit...:D

    Length

So that means MP55 is a standard length racquet?;)

i would say 77 cause well its discountied and if you dont like it you could sell it for a really high price, but playing wise i would chose the MP 55 it gives more power

    mp77 surpasses mp100 in power...
mp55 is like half the price of 77 and 1/3 the price of 100. So its probably worth more for tis price.. Ive been thinking of getting mp55 or cab 22 for a headheavy racket...
