I'm just curious to know how much you baddy players could arm curl with one arm, left and right.

I'm just curious because I want to know that its just not me curling so little weight. I know that we shouldn't curl so much because it would make our biceps bulky and slow in badminton.

But for me, I can only curl 20 lbs on my right arm left arm as well. Max is 25 lbs.

I curl with 10 pounds only......30-40 times, 3 reps. Too lazy to get heavier one. I dont know what is the max I can curl though, no resources to try it:(

I can only do 20lbs on my right arm, 3 sets of 20. For my left, it goes down to 15lbs, 3 sets of 20. I can use more weight with both my left and right arm, but i wont be able to do the same number of sets and reps.

It depends what you want to do, if you want to build muscle your better of doing low reps with a high weight, if your looking to tone, better of doing low weight with high reps. Im curling 17kg, not 18. Its not bad, but not amazing either, takes very long, consistent training to get to a really high level ie curling 25kg per hand

I'm not sure what I can do on a single lift, but I can do three sets of five at 105 pounds with the easy curl bar and I rountinely do three sets of ten with 95 lbs with a straight (olympic) bar.

I have done three sets of ten with 45 pounds single arm curls.

Maybe I'll go to the gym upstairs at lunch and see what I can do for a single curl with minimal cheating. My guess would around 55-60 lbs.

We'll see how high I go now that I'm back into weight training.
