Sunscreen... lots of sunscreen:D. I myself pack a pair of slipper, beach umbrella, beach towel, mp3 player and/or a book to read whenever I head out to the beach.

In addition to all the stuff already mentioned, I would bring a sunhat, frisbee or volleyball and a camera. Definitely coooool drinks. Why are you going to the beach if you hate the sand so much?

I don't know why people would wear shoes to the beach, lol.

Just bring sunscreen, hat, shades, some food/drinks and lastly people to go with. Lol.

Perhaps the best (that I've had) is De Fresh Bakery, right next to T&T Supermarket in Richmond; try their curry beef pastry! Very good :D

At De Fresh, it's not 90% onions 10% minced beef like other bakeries I've tried. Anna Cake House is "acceptable" if you're desparate! :D ha-ha.

Hey cool, you guys have T&T there too? A couple of them just opened in the GTA of Toronto. Wouldn't it be easier to buy buns FROM T&T though? :D

Does anyone here actually hate going to the beach? Maybe not hate.. but dislike going to the beach?

Personally, I dislike going to beaches when its like.. fully packed with ppl.. I'd much rather go to one towards the evening as the sun is setting.. and there is no-one else around.. ;) Maybe its just me being anti social.. but hey.. hehe..
