OK folks, i'm back to share more pictures with you guys. I know you guys are thirsty for more pics. This time the pics are taken from some of the 1st day of WC competition, both afternoon and night sessions. There are also a few pics from the practice facility @ OCBC.. Just a few comments to make of the 1st day's actions. "Upset" with the loss of Ogura/Shiota eventhough they played against Kamilla R. Juhl. Loss of Ronald Susilo. And a few other withdrawals. Also, it seemed like the A/C wind draft is really bothering the players. The turnout for the 1st day, IMO, was a bit of a disappointment, with only maybe less than 1000 people showed up(as you guys can see from the pics, even in the evening session also, not really much). Perhaps as the week goes on, the crowd will be more and more. Last, i wished if the Pond/organizer people will allow people to bring in drums and create and atmosphere similar to that when i attended the S'pore Open recently. That IMO, is what a tournament is all about. Also, i really missed the inflatable balloons which they gave out freely to the fans in the recent S'pore Open...Seemed like the Pond was "a bit quite"...Albeit they tried to entertain the crowd by having cameras panned into the crowd and "playing" with the fans..Maybe it's a cultural thing.. Anyways, hope these'll be more than enough pics for now.. ENJOY!!.. If anyone else took any shots, please share with us also. I might miss a few pics of the players.. PS:I won't be at the full 2nd day event, will be coming in for the evening session only. But promised to keep on clicking those buttons... For Taufik fans, I will try to get his pics in tomorrow's match...

Supporter pictures very nice pictures, ctjcad. Can you also take some pictures of the flag waving fans over there? American, Chinese, Indonesian...etc. Let us see the atmosphere of the arena.... BTW I'm a big Mighty Ducks fan .
TV and cameramen.. Personally, i don't know.. However my guess is they are from ESPN sports. I also saw a few Eurosport tv and cameramen with their equipments. As well as from RTM and Malaysian tv station/crews/reporters..
