hi every1!!! i like Tony very very much...... i watched him & bach defeating d Indons from TV juz now.... Tony, i was sooooooo glad tt u could make it after many years, yet working with a very new parter in foreign country!!! u really reminds me the boy i like. u look resemble... ...
yesss, as u said, it's gonna be fun 2morrow... 2 c u play against ur old partner, chandra...... wish u d best of luck!!!!!!!
indonesians rule Hi Emmanuelle the only reason the americans beat the indos is b cos tony is an indo. Do you speak any indonesian as you live in malaysia
i dont think its fair to say that just because tony is indonesian, he and howard beat the other indo pair... doubles is teamwork and it takes two people not just one... so howard had a part in it too.
hi guys!!!!!!! u can guess tt i'm sooooooooooo happy 2day!!! 2 c Tony win d world champion again!!! d american pair were absolutely outstanding!!! i think they've shown 2 d world d 'AMERICAN SPIRIT'~~~~~~ so d audience....... i don't think tony & howard could make it without them!!!! Hi badderschamp!!! well my mother tounge is Chinese actually! i don't speak indonesian but MALAY, the official language of Malaysia!!! i think these two languages r really similar ... u c, when Taufik Hidayat was interviewed by d MC, i can understand most of his words... hi Quan, yeah i agree with u... we (i mean all who like Tony) really hv 2 pay credit 2 Howard...... he played a well game with Tony throughout the tournament !!!!!!! & d crowd!!!!!!!!!! OMG.... i wish i was there......:crying: thanks 4 viewing... hv a nice day & God bless!!!
did howard bach actually an american born?? he really got the 'asian look' i'm just wondering ..is he from indonesia too??
As I understand it, he's a US native (i.e., born in the US) of Vietnamese descent. Someone please set me straight if I've gotten that wrong.
Born in Vietnam but came to america at 2 years old. That might not qualify him as American born, but certainly American raised. And to all you bitter Indo's out there, get over it
yah, i dislike comments linking performance to ethnicity or to other visible attributes (ie the book cover or its publisher). Merit should be judge on their training, dedication and hard work (ie, the content). If Indos want to look up to their badminton hero like tony, they should look into tony's content instead, ie his dedication and humbleness.
