I seem to have lost some range of movement in my shoulder - Anybody know any good stretching exercises for the shoulder
If you want to stretch out your shoulders farther out, then try positioning yourself slightly slunted. Find the angle that gives you the best reach if you want.
but anyway, for warmups, just keep rotating your arms around your shoulder. And beware, dont do it too fast or it might pop out of its socket hahaha jk.
