    Default parametic training

    Does anyone use the parametic training to train yourself during free-time? Also..I want to know some websites that talks and shows the proper training for parametic?

    is there like pictures and stuff in there to show how to do it properly? becuase i think plyometric is a very good exercise to training for stamina for badminton.

    <edit> hmm... I tried to look for one with pictures on Google but couldn't find any. It's harder than I thought ...

    Plyometric training is not stamina training. Plyometric training is training for explosive power.

    The weights one. He even has specific training programs for different sports. I bet he has a badminton one.
