There are tons of badminton people in the world still believe those grips are real. Well, they better wake up and understand they are fakes. Yonex never manufacture grips like that.

Products that are nice, pretty, brand name, with big discount and nearly cost nothing only exist in people's dreams.

Thank you Neosakai and bluejeff! I just can't believe that even grips have fakes. It's not as profitable as making fake rakets, and even real grips are not expensive. It seems there is always a risk when purchasing on ebay.

Actually, believe it or not, these fake Yonex grips last much longer than the real Yonex grips. If you don't want an overly tacky grip, these fakes are ideal. And for those who like to wrap the cone, these grips stretch will and you won't get that "wrinkle" in the grip, it smooths out real well. Finally, the grip has a decent cushion (if you like that), and the grip gets better as your hand gets wetter.

So IMHO, these fake Yonex grips are good. :D

If u want to get cheaper grips, u can try ur luck in tennis session in big chain stores, or online. www.tennis-warehouse.com has good deal for Yonex super grap, if u buy large quality, shipping is minimized. However, with UPS or FedEx, ppl in CAN might be charged for extra duty tax.

One additional point. All Yonex grips are made in TAIWAN currently. Also Tennis Warehouse charge $5.75 for s/h regarless of order. ie. 1 yy supergrap will cost you $5.75 for shipping. 1 wilson ncode n1 will cose you $5.75 for shipping. (I am not sure on string machine)

Yes. That's why I suggest for large quality (can team up with others, then share) ordering. I usually order 10-15 packs at least, then share the s&h with friends. Everyone end up pay about $3.5 per pack, which is still cheaper than most retails. ;)

Just want to add, most of tennis manufactures' good rubber grip are made in Taiwan except the cheap ass wilson. :D However, you might still get some fake yy in some small local shop in Taiwan. Most of real yy stores in Taiwan are a little cheaper than the one in US. Still, unless you know the owner of the store, they are not going to sell you a real yy racquet at the cost.
