    Default what strength program do i need

    hey, i understand that raw power will allow me to lunge jump and recover quicky, but is that what i want as a player, im a defensive player and i like to rally with my oppentent nowing i am fitter then them 9 times out of ten, so should i improve my strenght aspect our focuse on my defensive tecnique and fittness

    to cut a long story short should i improve my strenghts and make them really strong our should i improve my weakness?

    Generally, you will get the most benefit by improving your weaknesses first. They can become limiting factors in your game.

    Of course, it's also good to improve your strengths. But focus on your weaknesses.
