    Hello,

I've played alot of matches over the last 3-4 years, and won the most of them. But the problem is that not once have I ever played a smash shot. I just can't do it. I've tried and tried but it don't work. The shuttlecock either hits the net or I hit it and it hits the ground on my side. I need help on how to do it exactly, like hand position, feet position, etc etc. Any informations, and even better, any videos on how to smash would be great.

    Thanks in advance,

    Ravster

We are polar opposites. The only thing I can do is smash, I can't do much of anything else. I think we need to meet and give each other lessons. :p :D
