so my birthday is coming up, and i'm going to get a new racket. i'm currently using a Ti-10 and i love it. i don't know which racket i want yet, but i would like one that is similar to the Ti-10. i know i can try out different rackets, but i want to know which rackets i could try out first instead of going out and trying every single racket. i'm more of an offensive player. any suggestions is appreciated.
Best thing next to a Ti-10 is another Ti-10 Or you could try some of the following, all somewhat similar to Ti-10, giving offensive power too. AT-700 (A little pricey, but quite strong, like Ti-10, but newer) AT-800OF (Very powerful, very expensive) AT-800DE (Still very strong, but less than AT-800OF, however is considered more balanced than its OF version) CAB-30MS (Cheaper than most top end Yonex models, oval head, very strong. Recommended for power players) ISO Ti SP (Depending on how you play, it's pretty good, not the cheapest) NS8K (Head light balance, very strong, currently most expensive Yonex out there, known to be fragile ) NS7K (Also Head light balance, similar to NS8K, but cheaper, less power) MP-100 (Close to Ti-10. Isn't the cheapest, but is dropping in price. Stiff all around, slightly smaller sweetspot than other racquets, good to use with powerful arm, and good stroke) All of those racquets above by Yonex are considered Offensive, to me, and are all a lil' expensive, a little under a Ti-10, a little over. Then there are the others, cheaper, and also good. MP-99 (Recommended by many, quite powerful, balanced all around) MP-88 (Flexible. Not quite as powerful as others, but very light, and quick) MP-66 (Headlight, very flexible all over, strong and fast) You could always try other brands, for comparable models, at a fraction of the price.
Midget Boy: dang, you are spot on with your remarks. I agree with everything you said. I think your post needs to be bookmarked or stickied on top.
