Why they don't answer emails? I am in US, want to buy rackets, but nobody reply to me!!! Don't they sell overseas?

    Eh?

Anytime I have checked the rackets are generally just a bit cheaper in hte US with the added postage costs then they are more expensive.

If you but a racket in the UK you will ave to pay for the racket, shipping and export tax/import tax.

Is it really that much cheaper?

where did you check the price in U.S.
If I buy it in UK. I don't need to pay the VAT ~17.5% Not sure about the import tax in U.S. hope that won't kill me.

I checked the prices in several shops and each time they worked out cheaper although I do have to admit getting hammered by import tax on several occasions taking the price right up by getting stuff from both the US and Japan.

I bought a pair of trainers from the US that you couldn't get in the UK and because of the good exchange rate they worked out at just under 2/3 of the price they would have been in the UK but for a pair of trainers costing $75 and after shipping I had to pay an additional £15 or $25 import tax with handling charge

It can be called several different things but you will most probably have to pay this unless the shop marks your racket as a gift on hte transportation document and declares it under a certain value but then it can't be insured against damage at the correct price and you can't claim the shipper if it gets damamged in transit.
