This is how it goes (correct me if i'm wrong)
    Everyone starts at A flight.
If you lose your first match you go to C flight.
-if you lose your next match in C flight so you drop to D flight
-if you lose your D flight match -> you're done
If you win your first match you continue in A flight.
-if you lose your next match in A flight so you drop to B flight
-if you lose your B flight match -> you're done

That's how a lot of ABCD tourneys i've played at are set up.

Other flavours of ABCD include round robin play to determine which teams go to which flight..

Thanks for all your warm wishes of success! It's the players who attend that makes it successful, I just give it a time and a place! :)

Wood_22_Chuck, your XL-T has been reserved!

The entry fees & t-shirts are on a break-even calculation, if fact, I might even lose a few shirts (pun intended) pending on how many colours my slave, *ahem* I mean my volunteer graphics designer is going to use this year!

In terms of shuttles per game, I'll have to kill you if I tell you!!! :crying: (j/k)

...I personally hate to be in a tournament where you know you're on your last allotted shuttle and you're not even close to finishing the match, and that's why I do not have an official limit but will keep a close eye on my calculations. BUT!!!, I don't want to see players requesting a new shuttle after 2 rallies and the shuttle is just 10% used! I know, during the first & second rounds, the number of shuttles per match will be lower than the semi & especially the final rounds.

DarthHowie said it on the button!

Come on! Just call in sick with the 52.4205 hour flu, exact to the last minute! :D

    Cheers!

Just like the previous years, are there any racquet reps who would like to show their warez at the tourny?

As per BTC2004's recommendations last year, I have as a major sponsor...

    Cheers!

clearly wwcbro was being "cheeky" with his reply. :D

A535 is an ointment/cream that you rub on soar muscles (keeps it hot & cold??) ....It's pretty much equivalent to Tiger Balm if any of you have heard of that product.

It's pretty effective. I've used them for my thighs and my lower back from time to time.

When you get on into your 30s, A535 is replaced by somewhat replaced by high end liquor or heavy duty pain killers.

When you hit the 40's, a good drag of "medicinal purpose" weed goes a long way to helping forget the pain too...
oh... not that I ever do that!

I'd assumed that when one hits their 40s, you simply can afford to have all your nerve endings severed via surgery to dull the pain.

Gee, I have never tried "smokin A535" before! Does it increase your lung capacity? :D *cough cough hack hack*

    Cheers!

There are prizes for the winners of each flight.

Are you trying to win all four flights! You would have to register four times plus you might be randomly drawn to play against yourself! :D

    Cheers!
