well... after last night's game with my fds tomorrow... the hard skin of my left feet just started ripping... so i went to my doctor and he just cutted it off ><... so now it's my feet with a hole... and a bandage... so i was just wondering if there's any exercises for my upper boday so that i could improve my badminton skills??...
Net drops. You can never do too many of those. And/or driving the shuttle, can never get too good at that either.
If you have a flat relatively high ceiling, you can send the bird up vertically repetetitively. You will have to move your feet depending on how good your accuracy is.
Serve. I think this is the most under-rated required skill in the game. Especially in doubles, u will see how much difference it will make btw a good serve and a crappy one. This is a very important stroke, which requires a lot of practice.
Ahhhh yes, TEH serve. I forgot about that one. You are right, so key. Which reminds me, I need to practice some more...
hit the gym and do some weights! you should be able to do various lower body workouts too. and depending on where the bandages are, you might be able to do everything you need.
All those are very good conditioning and badminton practice, but you forgot about the one muscle between your ears. Watch and review baddy tournaments, analyse shots made by the pros... not in terms of technique but why they would do a particular shot in a particular moment in the rally.
all those are great ideas... but the problem is that... it's injured on the bottom... so it's even hard to walk or put pressure.. it hurts everytime
