Most common Badminton injuries: knees, shoulder, wrist, arm, ankle, back.

Best prevention: stretching before and after, warm-up before playing, mild strength training to strengthen muscles, joints and tendons.

Knee injuries are 1 type of injuries in badminton. This is usually caused to bad footwear, poor footwork and numerous factors. Forarm- you overdid it. This is mainly poor technique and or too high of an intensity in playing.

There are many more but these 2 are the major ones I've experienced.
