    Hello everybody,

I've been thinking to buy a new racket. At this far I have played with Babolat atos lite ti, which is 85g heavy, medium flex, and "balance 300mm" (is it a non-head heavy racket?). I like to play with it, but because I am an offensive player, I've been thinking to buy little head-heavier and stiffer racket.

I have played couple of years and I handle the basic things, so is it possible that AT700 is "too good" for me? The price is not a problem, because it will be a christmas present..:D And what is the main differences between 4U and 3U weighted rackets?

If there is some other rackets that would be better for me, please suggest!

The AT700 is an extremely endloaded racket. It may take you a while to get used to it. If you want to tryin something similar but not quite as endloaded, try the AT800-OF.

Based on what you have stated, the AT500 maybe the best fit for you. And even better, maybe the AT800-DE.

Best to try all the rackets and decide for yourself. :)

Changing from a even balance racket into a head heavy racket is quite big.
It will hard to adapt as the head heavy racket kinda changes the timing of ur shots. And it will take quite long to get used to it. Also the armortec requires a strong wrist in order to handle it properly.

So for the moment i would suggest the armortec 500.
You could also try out the new nanospeed rackets light but very offensive

The AT500 is more balanced of the head-heavy racquets so try that if you can. I have been using it for 6 months now and really like it.
It can be a very good offensive racquet cos of the head-heavy.

i prefer the at500 over the at700 because the at500 has a larger sweet spot compared to the at700

True, relatively speaking and it's more flexible and less head heavy. :)

i prefer the AT-500 over the AT-700. took me way too long to adjust to the 700 but when i first picked up the 500, it was like a match made in heaven :p. it's not as head heavy as the 700 but i still get pretty good power out of it and better control

I agree about the AT500, excellent racket. I went from a light, even balanced medium flex MP27 to the AT500 and it was a very easy transition. After adjusting to the head heavy balance and timing for my shots, the racket had ultimate control and power.

But I think 300mm is already a bit on the "head heavy" side, right??? Of course, not extreme, but I won't identify this as a "balanced" racket.

Ok, thanks to all of you! I prefer get AT500.

But, what is the main differences between G3 and G4 sized grips? (Of course the weight, but what else?) I like it light, but I also like large grip. So is it best to take G4 and overgrip it?

Get a G3 grip and overgrip it if necessary.
