Believe me...we will not have the chance to see Taufik play with LinDan until All England open. The only title that Taufik interested in now is All England. uhm. i don't think you did anything wrong. it's just that you're talking about taufik and not about any tournament (china/hong kong) so it's just right for this interesting thread to fall under taufik's own discussion forum.
taufik is iconic...much like beckham, er cantona (if you like the comparison), is to football...he has a graceful, unhurried style of play...unlike lin dan's "energetic" style...he's cool, calm and confident...and he has matured in the years after that infamous incident with a fan...most of all, he is the world and olympic champion...and he will prevail in AE2006...i can feel it
explosive players dont last long! Dunno how long LD can keep it up.. Xia is gone by 24... predicting end of LD at 24 also... hehehe anyway I think Taufik really lost to WCH.. he didn't lose purposely but to pull out of china open is just an excuse to cover up his slacking attitude I guess lol
true true.. however I still think LD is quite explosive compared to many players on current circuit but so nice to see xia in action.. I just love how he leap from the middle of the court to the sideline..
anyway, maybe becos he is going to get married soon? i just saw it on tv that on nov 18th, he will be proposing to his gf, and it is confirmed by both taufik and agum gumelar`(u see, proposing here in indo isnt that simple, there are lots of rituals and it usually involves the whole family, thats just the culture) taufik; i hope ami will be the last girl for me, people always judge me and say bad things about me, why dont u all just see (he said it in light manner, and he seemed to be happy,,,weird,, )
