i started to play for my school this year and i think i injured my elbow pretty badly when smashing. instead of following through, i went down on it like to my right side instead of the left to gain more power and angle of attack. i'm not sure, but i think thats what caused my pain. any ideas?
Your body is turning from right to left when hitting (provided you're right-handed). So should do the arm or you actually will have to stop it too early (to change direction) and it is not good for your joints.
