    My prediction:

MS: BCL win! Its about time. CH already got All England title this year. And BCL solely title was Denmark Open 2001.

WS: Zhang Ning! Btw she has an amazing record this year. She is 30 years old. From the 8 tournaments she enter, the worst results are runner up! 5 titles and 3 runner up. And at least a runner up from China Open 2005. She only lost to XXF this year in 3 finals. Amazing. How far can she go?

    MD: Absolutely Chandra/Sigit. :)

WD: Gao/Huang win! They had to break their curses. Always runner up in 5 tournaments in a row! If they lost this time, it must be runner up records of all time.:D

XD: Nathan/Emms! They had to prove themselves again after Nathan injury.

It seems EVERYBODY wants BCL to win.......

    So do I. Hahaha.

    MS : BCL

    WS : XXF

MD : Indo. All the way!

WD : Gao Ling/Huang Sui. Have to break their curse. Though it seems they are more out of shape than the other two.

MX : Lee/Lee. I like both teams, but i like the koreans better, someone needs to be the next Kim Dong Moon, i don't think LJJ will be the one though.

MS: I hope Bao wins, he's less robotic than Chen Hong
    WS: XXF, for same reason
MD: Hoping for Jens/Martin! In fact, they're the only pair that's beaten Candra/Sigit twice this year...
WD: Gao/Huang are just more fun to watch... well THEY have more fun!
XD: Would like to see Lee/Lee win, but I suspect the Brits will bring this one home...

(edit: the above is a wish list, rather than my predictions... I've stopped doing predictions -- I'm always wrong! )

I feel very frustrated, the official website for China Open is soo......disappointing and un-usable, only the homepage pops up successfully and none of the links to results works !!! I want to tell the organizer please do not even attempt to open a website to the world if it cannot handle the volume <img>

I haven't had any trouble with links not working. Only problem is info that was never there. Now the results are up in English but not in Chinese and the English results are missing the XD and the Bao/Gade results. The big problem, though, is that yesterday, and I assume it will be the same today, the order of the matches wasn't up until the broadcast started. Today that will be a pain because I want to know when not to watch it. I have no interest in all those all-Chinese finals. How many times have we seen Zhang vs. Xie this year? I've lost count. And Gao/Huang vs. Zhang/Yang? Hasn't it been like 10 each? Okay, Bao/Chen isn't so common in a final. Chen was exciting yesterday. Maybe I'll be able to stay awake for it. (it'll be afternoon or evening here, by the way).
