rest, rest and more rest...and then theres school. Like today i went to play badminton and what happened i kinda pulled a Lin Dan and dived on/off the court even though the shuttle went out...so now i am going to be resting my knees for the next few days before i play again. Next week however im also going to start working out at school so yeah ill be doing that on non badminton days as well.

I play badminton on non-badminton days. I know that doesn't make sense but that's what I do, seriously. :D

I wish I could do this too. I'm just so busy with work though. I would love to play badminton 3/4 hours a day everyday. Not that I'm good at it like most of the people on this forum, just that I find it fun
This last week is the most I have played in a week in the last few years. I had six sessions, each ranging from 2 to 3 hours - it was a really great week :D

To go back to the topic - on non-badminton days I just study and work. There's TV too.......

i play on tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays, fridays and sundays. so there are 2 non badminton days for me, i spend it by thinking of what im gonna do when i play badminton again, contemplating on my shots, my errors, how to correct them, etc. so i spend it playing badminton mentally:D:D

Wow. I read.. and read.. and read. Lol. The only thing that forces me to stop reading in bed at night is the thought of a badminton session the next day. Wouldn't want to lose energy now, would I?

    Work out at the gym.

Be a good student, attend school. Spend my time in school day dreaming. Shucks, I study on my own and right before exams.. the many months in school just waste away. :p

Just a question: What about your spouses(if you have one)? Don't they complain about your constant badmintoning? Don't tell me you managed to find one that loves badminton as much as you do? Or you managed to 'convert' them??

Non-badminton days? Too many of those these days - unless you count browsing through badmintonforum :)

I play badminton tuesday, thursday and sunday (3-4 hours per day)....

When i'm not working during the weekdays, my spare time is taken up by watching some tv (all 3 CSI, numb3rs, without a trace, everybody hates chris and smallville and anime - naruto, bleach, yakitate), managing my two yahoo fantasy hockey teams, managing my yahoo nba fantasy team, and playing xbox games.
