They're reliable, good communication and trustworthy based on my own experience. But, just in case you haven't noticed, they're located in HK. So, shipping to the west coast of Canada may take some time (i.e., at least a week or more).

    Don't worry be happy. :D

MyBadmintonStore is absolutely trustworthy, I've purchased many things from them. To the U.S. some times the shipping does take a bit longer because they are in HK.

Just to report my current ordering problems with the store. This is my first time dealing with mybadmintonstore.

I placed my order on 2/28 and according to mybadmintonstore, my order was shipped out on 3/4 via singapore post. However, today is 3/30, and I have not yet receive my order. It has been more than a month of time already.

I contacted the store and they told me to wait for it. Well, I don't know how much longer it will take, but it is certainly very slow.

Further updates will be posted when I receive my order.

i've noticed that the stuff they sell there are ultra cheap. a mp-99 for $160 canadian!!! in normal shops it would usually cost $270+.
    they are not earning anything!

Wow, that's unfortunate. Hopefully you'll receive everything and there was some mix-up/confusion with the shipping (international shipping) and not the store. Please keep us posted Jeff, thanks.

weirdperson, there is no differnece between coded rackets. One reason for the higher price is because the JP code had to be imported over, therefore resulting in a higher price.

Why don't you ask the store? People here are not the store clerks and they cannot guarantee anything for you.

Any Shipping and handling fees? You need to learn to read the web pages before you buy anything online or you will be in trouble sooner or later.

My first experience with My Badminton Store took a while, about a month, and only shipped to my credit card address. But subsequent orders were a lot quicker and I was able to ship to another address using their login/order system. I'm very pleased with their products & prices and have never had a problem with my orders.

   $270+... that's like an arm and a leg!!! That site isnt exactly cheap either they're competitive sure but if you look around you can get a racquet for the same/less price WITHOUT the shipping or the wait(I know I can).

The price is cheaper than shops in Canada, but not cheaper when comparing to other shops in Asia.
