I just came back from Thailand, i tried on the new yonex Yonex SHB-99M the red one. The sole feels really weird. There was no cusion. Is that normal? I tried it at both the Yonex retail store and the stores near National Stadium. So my question is does these shoes have cusion in them? or is thailand just sellin all fake stocks? o i also tried on the 89M for some reason the grippin from that model feels sso much better. which model do pple prefer? i read some reviews seems like both r pretty good. I wanted to make sure what's real first be4 i buy, so i guess now i have to find a plaec to get these in HK. first time shoe buyer as you can tell. thanks all
I'm a big fan of SHB89M as well about the cushioning......... you can quite feel it just by pressing... coz its not 'soft' like air cushion or gel cushion. Apparently if it was soft it would reduce your 'movement performance' eg. not jump as high..... can't vouch for shoes you pick up from thailand coz i've never been there. maybe ants could help you out better. he's very well traveled. cheers 8man
