I have been having a lot of trouble trying to focus and play well on Friday :crying: at the club cos I am kinda exhaused. I usually play on Wednesday, train on Thursday and then play some more on Friday (singles at times) plus Sunday. Monday, Tuesday and Saturday are mostly my rest days. Am I playing too much?? I do want to focus more on the quality of play instead of quantity...any advice?? :D

I think you've somewhat answered your own question ( a rather good answer too :) ) ~ It doesn't matter how long you play if that period of time is not used efficiently. Whereas if you use the time wisely during every single practice ...
