I really appreciate your comparisons of grips and strings Dan. The only thing I would like to see in the Badminton Racket graph is a description of your style of play and skill level. That way I would have better context when reading your ratings. Somehow I believe if I picked up one of those stiff/extra stiff rackets that I would be clanging more the dinking

I will have some major revisions in the string, grip and racket reviews. Still working on them...

i dont even know if it works at all. it seems too simple. could it be a low quality product?

WHATAGRIP BADMINTON/ RACQUETBALL OVERGRIP. Slips easily over existing grip. Absorbs sweat and maintains superior traction. Ultra-thin polyurethane sleeve wont slip or shift.

i have been using mostly yonex grap with a 5 rating on tackiness. If i use another brand of overgrip with tackiness of 10, would this affect my gripping feel since I thought one should hold the handle with a loose grip pressure. Would high tackiness make my grip feeling not that loose?

I hate to say this but the wrapper looks like a shield for a zapper .

Back to the topic, what brand is this grip and the where can you buy it?

i found this on the net. i think the brand is WHATAGRIP. i dont know where we can buy it, but do you think it will work as it claims? because if it can then we might only have to get this to cover our favourite grip and make it last longer.

I'm familiar with Unique Sports' What A Grip and opted not to buy because it's too expensive, $3 each.

Anyway, I may get a couple just to try for the sake of the test...

I would say try the tackinest grip possible (gray Wilson X-Tra Tack) and see how that plays for you. Give a little time for the initial tackiness to go away.

I doubt you'll regret it. I've converted three life time towel grip users already.

Wilson X-Tra Tack is the best for me ......... tacky and also cheap.
Price in Singapore is SGD 6.15 for 3 pieces, but only available in Black color.

If you think the black is good (which it is), you need to try gray or yellow, even better.
