I'm Taks, a newbie here. I've been playing for about a year now and hopefully until my knees can sustain the fun. I work as an actuarial analyst for an insurance company. This forum is amazing so I've decided to sign-up. Thanks!

Welcome Taks! Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, an AA. You must love TAMRA and TEFRA. :p

Actually, does that apply the Philippines?

Thank you for the warm welcome!

TAMRA and TEFRA don't apply here. But as an AA (I like the term!), we sit for exams administered by the US-Canada-based Society of Actuaries (SOA). :)

Welcome to BadmintonForum, Taks* and ayme perez! :D

Badminton's very versatile, as fun as you make it, and as serious as you make it. There're tons of places in Manila to play, so you should have no problems getting games. Good luck.

    Thank you, wood_22_chuck and Birdiegut.

Birdiegut: I'm sad with the poor performance of our team, but I was happy by the show of sportsmanship and skills of the players. It was such a delight to watch those great matches!

aymi perez: Hi! If you want you can join us every Sunday at Badminton Central. It's play-all-you-can for P100. ;)
