I had the chance to visit China National Team's training facility.

It is the best badminton court I have played on, well distanted between courts and no light will ever blind you.

I had the opportunity to take picture with some woman's team member, can anyone guess who this is?

The training facility is located in Beijing and usually not open to public.

We're lucky that we know some coach there.

There were other 2nd team woman single player training there too, including Zhu Lin, Wang Lin and Lu Lan.

I actually have few more pics but my wife is in it and she says I can not post her picture online.

All the other female player were about as tall as I am. Jiang is the only one who is shorter.

They were in training so I didn't get to play with them.

I played with some other coaches from Beijing Athletic school, they're really good too.

There are too many good players in China, you never know who you will run into.

That is a great training facility. I met M.Zhou, L.Lu also last May. Did you notice the lights are stacked horizontally between the courts. I believe that there were 10 courts for the ladies and another 10 courts for the men across the hall way.We went to the stringing room and the ladies single coach laughed when I told him that my racquet was strung to 25lbs only:) . Apparently, 30lb. and up is typical for the chinese team. Quite an eye opener.

things that u would say hmmmmmmmmmmmm

    - don't the chinese players have other shirts to wear for practice beside their official t-shirts? :D

    - it's extra embarassing to be told by a woman that your tension is only wimpy 25 lbs. lol

    - too bad we can't see who's in those framed photographs mounted on the club wall

Next time, just tell them your racket is strung at 32lbs. And when they inspect your racket and say no way, just tell them it's a "U.S. 32lbs." :p

Better yet, just blame it on tension loss and a crappy stringer...

neah just tell her u don't have
#1 unlimited supply of rackets and strings for breakages
    #2 bottomless pocket

I wouldn't mind going 30+ if i know i have 10 spare identical twins in my racket bag, untill i have that. i'll be happy with 25
