I have 5 Koi before, but one is gone. They are pond fish, but I house them in a little 2” w*1d*1.5h tank. I know, I know, I have to change my tank to a big one. It is real expensive for a 4” or 100 gallon fully load tank here. :p

I am into them big time. I have got a few ponds in my backyard. About 50 gold fish and 150 koi. Had them for the past 15yrs. My lifetime hobby. Kept fish since I was 6.

My dad never got goldfish. He told me they were too plain of a fish.

I used to house guppies and other small fish tho. I also kept catfish, but it was not a pleasant experience because they ate the other fish.

Koi are beautiful fish as well. :) What type do you guys think is best?
