then there's a multiple choice test of 100 questions.
and the scores from both sections are totalled, and standings are given, and i believe it's the top 4 of each category (ie. sports and entertainment, travel and tourism, e-commerce, hospitality, food marketing, etc.) that get to compete in internationals. this year internationals is held in Dallas, Texas. Last year was florida i think.

haha I see... I was in DECA last year, so I was curious to know if any other members were also in it... I'm in university now, so no more DECA =) my teacher is the president of DECA Ontario and she made majority of us go into the written events -___-'' there weren't a lot of people, so less competition
how was it this year? same old? hehe =) oh how did you do?

Yeah I'm apart of DECA, but I'm doing a written event hehe so that's in February. I also joined DECA last year and it was pretty fun.
It actually stands for:
"Distributed Education Clubs of America"... But since it is now an international organization, they just use the initials.
Maybe I'll see you guys next year at the next provincials. I'm from Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School btw.
