In the spirit of fairness, organizer and regulars shall impose a fine of 1/2 the price of the fee incurred if player(s) withdraw less than 24 hrs prior to commencement of the session, regardless of any reasons (with the exception of food poisoning, accidents and anything more serious). This is mainly to protect players who have committed to the session. For your kind understanding.
3. Please have a sense of courtesy. Kindly remove your name early from the main list if you are unable to turn up. Do help to move the 1st person on the waiting list to the main list.
4. Please do not come if your name is not on the main list.
5. New comers who are interested to join the group, kindly add your name to the main list.
6. All courts have been booked and paid. Kindly quote the full namelist (including this note) for all mentioned sessions if you are adding in your name.
