Cheung & Ricky, From the BC discussion forum. Understand u are located in HK. I am wondering if u can find out for me, whereabout in HK or Kowloon I can purchase the ticket to watch Thomas Cup in Guanzhou in May. What`s the travel time from HK to Guanzhou, by train or bus ? Thanks for the help.
Actually, I don't know where to get tickets directly. Worldbadminton just state an e-mail with a bank account number. The train takes about two hours; bus not sure. Train will be easier.
As far as I know, you can't buy tickets for Thomas Cup in Hong Kong, however you can order from this site through e-mail (which is located in Guanzhou) : http://www.bbeshop.com/ht4yqss/event_tyb02_ticket.htm. You can pay by telegraphic transfer. Fyi, the ticket which allows to watch for all matches is sold at RMB$800. As Cheung said, it takes less than 2 hours from Hong Kong to Guanzhou by train. I personally don't recommend to go there by bus.
Ricky. Tks for yr information. Wondering either of you interested to get a brand new Ti 10. When I pass HK on my way to Guanghou. I can bring one over to U. Specification: YY Ti 10, Long 2U 3G Made in Japan This is the only type selling in our market, not much choice. I can string it with BG 66 yellow or purple string or Ashaway Micro legend for u at HK$800. U also have the option to take or leave it upon seeing the racket. How does it sound to u ?
I already have 2 Ti-10 2U (one is CN, one is SP). In addition, Ti-10 is still easy to find in Hong Kong.
