I can't feel the Christmas spirit!
Has anybody experienced this? Today feels just like any other day of the year. I'm usually happy on Christmas. This hasn't happened to me now for three years. What do you guys think is the problem? I can't take this! I wan't to once again feel that joy that I once had every Christmas.

Be with your family and friends and thank The Lord for His sacrifice. Read the Bible, sing hymns...
...best wishes to you and your family! Happy Holidays and amen!

I guess some members just doesn't make the difference between bashing and being disappointed with the new system
Between, it's not Christmas yet! I didn't even finish buying all my gifts

Maligayang pasko at Manigong bagong taon Keith!
Philippines is one of the most joyous places to be for Christmas. I really get homesick around this time, but being with family and remembering the true meaning of the day keeps the Christmas spirit alive.

Hey thanks guys . I've got 5 hours left till Christmas. I'm now experiencing a little "inner joy". Oh well, a little is better than none! Does anyone know how does mild depression feel like? I'm not sure if this is the case.

Yea, yea everyone hates the word bash. Jeez. My we're so cultured aren't we. Expressing disappointment? Meh.
Cbf really caring bout the IBF during Christmas. They can enjoy their coal filled socks. Although I wouldn't mine some. I could use with the heating. Perth's been pretty cold at nights, and it's supposed to be summer.

If you're talking about Santa, the festivities, deck the halls, the tree, the presents, the snow; then it's no wonder feeling it is kinda hard nowadays. It's been over-commercialised that it became just an event when people exchange gifts and decorate a huge tree with lights and metallic balls.
The spirit of Xmas comes from the decorating of the tree together, sharing a good chrimbo dinner at the table with all loved ones or sipping koko near the fireplace, singing christmas carols.
Else, take joy as the angels pronounced His birth to the shepherds while Three Wise Men came from the East to offer gifts and worship Him. He was born in a stable, with sheep and other livestock as companion - what is so exciting about that?
Yet, great joy it was for those who knew; for here comes a Gift greater in worth than anything the world could give.
If that is not reason enough to be joyful, I guess...
Well, I'm celebrating Xmas alone here in KL with friends all back at their hometowns and with their own families, but I feel the inner joy that cannot be described about His birth.
If I were capable of going back in time to the day when the angels sang His name, I'd go there and worship Him on my knees and it will be the greatest christmas I would ever have.
There I go, getting all sentimental again.
