At 12:47am my doubles partner called me and said come over to SGVBC and play, the regulars are there playing and in between games, they are playing mahjong and cards. They are so dedicated.
Sir, playing for drinks does not constitute "gambling". Why drinks? So everyone will play more seriously. We're all a bunch of clowns on the court. Plus drinks are ideal because we'll need them afterwards...all we try to do is run each other on the court.
Yes, with people who jump to conclusions or didn't pass reading comprehension... If you re-read that post, the "Pot Luck" is on Monday and Thursday (it's currently Saturday-Sunday). I don't play in the Pot Luck. So there. I'm not sleepy, I think I'll join them for a few games now...
No kidding! I wished everywhere else in the world was this fanatic about them. It would be great to wake up at 1 am to go gambling, poker, and badminton lolol
There is a group at VRC that is into POTS. Losers buy drinks or cook dinner for the winners . They are hardcore gamers on court and off court .
Lucky I don't have play them. Otherwise, I think I will end up practice cooking much more often than practice badminton moves.
i haven't seen anyone playing mahjong and cards... and i went on the 25th and 1st at 9pm and not many people were there... hahaha
you people are so lucky, i wish when i wake up in the middle of the night and am not feeling tired i could just go out and play some badminton at a local club...along with some mahjong and poker wow what a combination...although i think i would probally do better on court than off...hum or maby the other way around oh well just depends on how lucky i am that night
