Let me introduce myself: I'm 16 years old boy residing in Florida. It is not much of a badminton center compared to China , but I have managed to find equipment online and I will soon visit a club I came across. I have been playing badminton for about a year, and I have been preparing with training and drills before I play at my local club. I have observed a few players at a club in singles and doubles. For the most part, the shuttlecock was not traveling fast and the technique was not the very best, but I learned something about footwork and match scoring. I am not used to scoring yet. I play with a Qiangli BG605 strung with Gosen string @ the normal tension. I was using a Prince Axis 62 before this, and so far the Qiangli racquet feels very comfortable. I currently attend 3rd year highschool here in Florida, and I aspire to do medicine. I want to play elite level badminton during my studies in college. That is a few facts about me, and I hope to benefit a lot from joining these forums. Happy Holidays!
My ultimate goal is to play as a pro, but playing NCAA or the highest level tournaments possible are okay.
