I admit it's hard to say between the two. But I feel Xia is over the hill. We'll see. It's 50-50 that Hafiz will have an off day anyway.
Simon the champion? I hope so, but I have to be realistic. I don't think he can win against lee hyun ill.
check out the mixed lineup... there is an english mixed pair in all but two of the fixtures.. truly a beautiful sight well.. in my opinion anyway
agree with most of this. think palethorpe and nicholas could cause problems and Bowman/McEwan could take Roebuck / Wallwork on experience - the english pair is only recently formed, but both individuals are very strong altho Roebuck has struggled with fitness this last 18 months.. Coops
totally agree with this.. prolly the best match of the round.. the english have a combination of youth, experience, speed, power, and a lefty/righty combination too.. hope somebody can get this on video.. would love to see.. speaking of vids - massive congrats to donpedro on the work on the copenhagen masters - got gade vs chunlai final - quality is excellent!! neway - pls stay on topic everybody
i wouldn't say silly - i would say optimistic and i'm sure he/she prefers inexperienced to under-developed..
hmmm..should be a close match..m'sians also have a combination of youth, experience, speed, power and is also a lefty/righty combination..
congrats to Roebuck and Wallwork for beating Bowman / Mcewan!!! 11:15 15:11 15:9 Nathan / Gail appear to be makign light work of the Dutch pair Palethorpe and Nicholas pushed the Koreans in the 1st game lost to 13 come on england (why is it that we only seem to be any good at mixed tho??? )
dont kmow coops but england has always been good in doubles as far back as i can remember. Anyway its good to see that England and Denmark can challenge the asians... And if the dutch and germans, specially germans make progresses like they have done the last 5-10 years its a little brighter for te future of european badminton. Looking forward to Park vs Jan even if I know Jan will lose hope he gives Park some trouble
