Fun techniques? lol... haven't heard of any... only thing that makes the game of badminton fun is if you slow the game down... right down... :D

around the world is fun - hit birdie to a person on the other side of the net then have to run to the other side of net to get next shot. both people on each side of the net do this. stack at least 5 people on each side so everyone has enough time to get into line before its once again thier turn to hit. usually after someone makes a x mistakes they are out. when its only 1v1 in the end the players must do a 360 before returning the shuttle.

high lie is fun - two teams playing to 15. x number of people on each team. each person gets a turn to play in sequential order against someone on the other team (singles). when one person loses a rally they are replaced by someone else on thier team and must wait for thier sequentially ordered turn again. usually someone can only play 3 rallies in a row before someone else from the same team replaces them.

high lie with only one racket is really fun - one racket x number of ppl on each team. after every shot hit its someone elses turn to hit the next shot in the rally. teams only have one racket so teamwork and communication are key. no smashing lol

english doubles - 4 people to a court, each person only covers thier half every mistake or forced error causes the player to rack up a point. once x points are reached player is out. last man standing wins

21 - same as english doubles but depending on the error or where the shuttle lands you lose x points. start at 21 points, once 0 points occurs player is out.

sorry for the cryptic descriptions... btw last man standing always wins

ya i couldn't agree more. taking days off to let my body recover hurts more than pushing through the most strenous excercise.
