I just took a look at the qualification results, and I was surprised to see the strong field in the WS. Just take a look at the eventual winners: Lu Lan, Wang Lin, Julia Mann and Lee Yun Hwa. Tough for the others.

Lu Lan beat Adrianti Firdasari 11-8, 11-7. Firda easily beat a German player earlier.

Fransisca Ratnasari was "lucky" in not having to play the qualifiers yesterday, but, she has the worst luck in drawing World no 1 Zhang Ning in today's match.

So, Team Indonesia's women singles players once again fail to advance beyond the preliminary rounds

Nana still have 1-90 chance to win over zhang ning :). I really hope She can do it, but impossible.

There is a litle good news in Indonesian badminton right now. PBSI search for indonesian baminton player in many indonesian cities by using audition. Hope we can have some good seed player in woman single after that.

I think nana, firda, maria kristin should out from PBSI.
