    Neither

    No, and vice versa.

This is the question of "Apple vs. Banana". Which one do you like?

will player switching from a heavy head rkt to a light one leads to shoulder injury? Why the switch one may ask? Just an experiment to weight the pro & cons.

Switching to a unfamiliar racket could result in injury if not used in the right way.

Changing racket weight/balance can cause permanent shoulder injury. Reverse gear on the first sign of new pain !

Heavier rackets takes on greater energy from your arm and transfers that to the shuttle. These can sap you dry if you are not very strong.

Head light and head heavy rackets requires completly different swing timing. Switching between them can mess up your game completely.
